Il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali ha pubblicato il Modello e le Linee Guida per la rendicontazione degli importi derivanti dal 5 per mille 2008.
Le rendicontazioni devono essere redatte e firmate dal legale rappresentante entro un anno dall'incasso delle somme.
L'invio della rendicontazione interessa solo l'ente che con il 5 per mille 2008, abbia incassato più di 15mila euro. Dal 2009, il limite è stato innalzato a 20mila euro.
Per supportare gli enti del volontariato ad assolvere al proprio obbligo, il Ministero ha predisposto un modello di rendiconto, accompagnandolo a "Linee guida" che chiariscono termini, mode, area of \u200b\u200bresponsibility or any other charges that are required of the beneficiaries, as well as penalties in case of default.
